The Carlisle School District is accepting petitions from individuals interested in serving on the Carlisle School District Board of Education representing Zone 1.
Due to the resignation of our current Zone 1 board member, effective November 2, 2026, the district will be working to fill this vacant position.
Anyone interested in being considered must live within Zone 1 of the Carlisle School District, be a qualified elector, and submit a petition with at least 20 signatures from qualified voters who also reside within Zone 1.
The required petition forms and a map showing the boundaries of Zone 1 can be found on the Carlisle School District website by clicking here or by going to the following URL: https://files.smartsites.parentsquare.com/5755/school_board_zone_1_vacancy.pdf. Petition forms are also available at the district administration office.
Completed petitions must be submitted no later than December 4, 2026, to the following address:

The Carlisle School Board will consider qualified candidates during its regular board meeting on Monday, December 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Debbie Reid Memorial Board Room.
